1. When do I need to pay the customs fee?
The customs fee is paid after your parcel arrives in Armenia.
Before that, you’ll need to declare the parcel’s value in advance through the ChinaProf system. Once the customs inspection is complete and there are no additional questions, your package will be handed over to us for delivery to your chosen pickup point.
Payment options:
Online: Directly from your personal account.
Bank Payment: Pay at the bank and provide us with the payment receipt.
2. How is the customs fee calculated?
According to Armenian customs regulations:
No customs fee if your parcel’s value is €200 or less and weighs 31 kg or less.
If your parcel weighs 31 kg or less but costs more than €200, a 15% customs duty applies to the amount exceeding €200.
If your parcel weighs more than 31 kg, a 15% customs fee is applied to the total value, plus an additional charge of €2 per kg over 31 kg.

3. What types of products can be shipped?

Shipping times vary depending on the route and logistics. On average, delivery takes 15 to 65 days, depending on factors such as origin, customs clearance, and transportation method.

Shipping costs are determined by several factors, including:
Weight & Volume (CBM): The size and weight of the package.
Product Type: Certain items may require special handling or customs duties.
Shipping Route: The distance and mode of transport impact pricing.
